Early Childhood Education
Our Early Childhood Education programs help young children begin to grow in their relationship with God and their understanding of the Catholic faith. Through prayer, scripture, hands-on activities, and a welcoming community, children are introduced to the love of Christ in ways that are engaging and appropriate for their age. These programs support families in nurturing faith from the earliest years and help children become active participants in the life of the Church.
Sunday School
Join us for Sunday School during the 10:00 AM Mass on Sundays! Children (ages 3-6) participate in a welcoming, faith-filled environment in the Good Shepherd Atrium on the West Campus while parents attend Mass. Our program runs in seasonal sessions throughout the year—Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. The cost is $25 per session, and children must be potty trained to participate.Keep an eye on the bulletin for information on how to register for the next session. We look forward to helping your child grow in faith!
Kids Day Out
Children ages 3-6 are welcome to join us for several themed events around Thanksgiving, Advent and Christmas, Easter, and more. Children will learn gospel values while making crafts and playing games with one another, all to put faith into action! The events will have a sign-up posted in the bulletin and parish newsletters announcing upcoming events. Kids Day Out meets on select Monday evenings in the Atrium (located in the West Campus) throughout the school year.
Little Carpenters
Throughout the year, the Office of Youth Formation invites children pre-school age and their parents to come together for community building. While our Little Carpenters work to learn about faith, follow instructions in school, and enjoy playtime with their friends, their caregivers connect with new families from the parish community. All are welcome! Dates are posted in advance in the bulletin, so check there for upcoming fall, winter, spring, and summer sessions. Little Carpenters meets on select Tuesday mornings in the Youth and Media Center (located in East Campus).
Children's Liturgy of the Word
Children's liturgy of the Word is for children in grades 1-4. This takes place during the 10am Sunday Mass. Children are invited to move into the Holy Family Chapel for the Liturgy of the Word to hear and study the readings at an age appropriate level.
VIRTUS Training
For the protection of our beloved children, all volunteers for any youth program (this includes catechist, CYO coaches, Liturgy of the Word volunteers, etc.), must be VIRTUS trained. Please click the link to the right for more information.
